IBM Daksh Positions:
1) IBM Customer Care Executive-Voice: Candidate must be a graduate with BPO/Non-BPO experience. Freshers can also apply
2) IBM Semi-Technical Support-Voice: Candidate must be a graduate with 0-12 months of experience in Semi-Tech process
3) IBM Technical Support-Voice: Candidate must be a graduate in any discipline and upto 35 years of age, should be good in troubleshooting. Engineers from Civil, Mechanical stream can apply
4) Voice & Accent Trainer: Candidate must be a graduate with excellent communication, interpersonal, team management and presentation skills etc.
All the candidate should have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of computers is desired. Candidate should be prepared to work in rotational shifts.
